Non - Technical Positions

The incumbent will be responsible for:
Recruiting IT professionals by tapping them through various sources vis, Job portals, (Dice, Monster), LinkedIn etc.
Constantly updating the database
Keeping in touch with the candidates till the time they join the organization.

Person Profile:

Candidate must:

  • possess at least a Degree in any stream, preferably with a Diploma in HRM
  • have 2 to 4 years experience in recruiting IT professionals.
  • be comfortable working in US time zone and interacting with candidates in US, including US citizens
  • be capable of working independently

Technical Positions

 

Job Description

  • Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies.
  • Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management and /or users for validation
  • Model, design and implement databases as neccessary
  • Develop software by following Agile software development methodology
  • Participate in the validation / acceptance phase of the product cycle ensuring the fine tuning necessary to finalize the product

Skills Required:

  • Candidate should be a diploma or degree holder possessing minimum 4 - 6 years of Web and Application Development experience in Java
  • Experience working in Core Java / J2EE, Tomcat, Application Server, Web Services etc.
  • Good understanding of OOPS concept with excellent hands-on for multithreading. collections, data structures etc.
  • Hands on experience with Hibernate, Spring etc is preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken English

Person Profile:

Job Description

Job Description

Candidate should be familiar and comfortable with

  • Preference would be given to having experience on IVR and Call Center application development.
  • Hands on experience in Kamailio SIP Server
  • Hands on experience in WEBRTC
  • Asterisk integration with PSTN  is preferred.
  • Asterisk integration with Database (MySQL and MSSQL) with knowledge of queries and stored procedures.
  • Scripting with Shell, Perl.

Candidate Profile

The candidate must have:

- 2 - 4 years of experience working on Asterisk platform.

- Strong Knowledge in PBX, SIP, RTP protocols.

- Strong knowledge of multi-asterisk server architecture

- Sound knowledge of Asterisk Dial-plan, Asterisk Gateway Interface and Asterisk Manager Interface.

- Worked on Queue, IVR and Voicemail related applications.

- Expert in Asterisk installation, configuration and troubleshooting.

- Expert knowledge installing and configuring Asterisk with PSTN card.

- R & D skills in Asterisk.

- Experienced with Linux (LAMP) servers (Centos, Apache, MySQL, PHP)

Nice to have:

- good knowledge of SIP and IAX.

- MySQL and Telephony Domain.

- ability to test and troubleshoot Asterisk applications/issues

- Knowledge of C programming in Asterisk

Job Description

• Interact with product management, project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives

• Design and create test cases & scripts to address business and technical use cases

• Configure test environments as per the designed test cases and scripts.

• Execute detailed test cases and test suites (build acceptance, functional, integration, stress, load, performance, regression, etc.)

• Generate and write clear and concise defect reports, and validate bug fixes

• Maintain comprehensive records on the tests conducted across products / services /platforms and the defects identified.
