CRM applications are a critical part of every customer interaction experience and ICX Contact Center is designed to be able to integrate with various CRM desktop applications. Screen Pop/Context Pop based on information collected by ICX can be delivered to the agent desktop as a result of this integration. Some examples of CRM applications that are integrated:
