Callback in the Cloud

Callback in the Cloud allows a setup where the callback mechanism is hosted within a cloud infrastructure. SIP trunks are used to allow for voice calling. Subscribers can benefit from callback functionality by adding their callback termination number to their account and providing. A callback number is provided to consumers to call and initiate a callback from the subscriber company. This allows the subscriber to eliminate investment in on premise software and hardware and provide a higher level of customer service as well.
